Spent Christmas at this place and the facilities offered were average. the bed was comfortable and the eco-environment helped me connect with nature. the hotel was located near the beach which was a plus.
The staff was poorly trained and was not properly managed. Many services were unavailable, including some of the food items listed on the menu.

This resort is a great place to stay for enjoying a perfect beach vacation. the beautiful decorations and eco-environment of the resort create a perfect ambiance. You will enjoy the location, which is very close to the beach, giving you a spectacular view. Your room will be spacious and comfortable and the staff's excellent service will make you feel at home. the breakfast served here is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options available. the resort offers various cool facilities that are worth enjoying.
The resort still needs to improve its maintenance in certain aspects to offer a completely flawless experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were its great location near the beach and excellent eco-environment. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, and the staff was very cooperative and polite. We enjoyed having breakfast with a beautiful view of the beach from the cafe.
Not obvious to find. The parking and transportation could have been better organized.

Great location near the beach with easy access. Rooms are architecturally impressive and come with neat balconies despite some missing parts. One of the highlights of our Easter break was the availability of a nice breakfast which made up for some of the inconveniences with the hotel.
The experience at this place was entirely ruined by the management. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and not responsive enough to customer's needs.
